Casa Cicci: we have a new property on our books!

Casa Cicci is a lovely apartment located in an ancient XVIII century rural hamlet, designed by the architect Fossombroni. The complex covers approximately 7 hectares and it is situated on a hill above the Val di Chiana, surrounded by vineyards of the nearby famous wine producing farm. Part of the ancient village is characterized by large Leopoldine houses, and even the new constructions were made respecting this style.

It is a portion of one of the original Leopoldine Villas built in 1798, and it is on three levels for a total of 156 square meters. The property can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms.

Casa Cicci has a private garden, fully equipped with table and chairs for your al fresco dinners. The pool is shared with the other inhabitants of the village, and it is located close to the housing area.
