The property is located a few hundred metres from the ancient Roman road called Cassia, right outside the centre of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, halfway between Florence and Siena, in the heart of Chianti and surrounded by the famous hills that made Tuscany renowned all over the world. Close to a Romanesque church dating back to the V Century, the property originates from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse preserving all the original Tuscan traditional characteristics such as the wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.

Nestled in a green garden, where smell of lavender and roses combine in a unique fragrance, the property belonging to the Fusi family, has been divided in 6 charming holiday apartments with private pool ensuring relaxing vacations in the Chianti area to all its guests.

The 6 independent accommodations are located 4 in the hayloft and 2, together with the reception, in the main Villa. Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection, kitchen, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and offers a unique view over the hills of Tuscany. Two of the apartments are completely on the ground floor, while the other four are on two levels.

Here you can enjoy a unique holiday in a farmhouse in Tuscany surrounded by nature but also within few kilometres from the town centre to take advantage of all the amenities.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The garden has a carefully maintained well tended lawn with olive groves, flower bushes and rosemary. The swimming pool is equipped with sun umbrellas, chairs, sun lounges and sun beds. Each apartment has a covered terrace perfectly organized to have dinner outdoor. Some apartments also have a private terrace. The property offers the parking place within its grounds.

ACCOMMODATION: The apartment Il Cortile is situated entirely on the ground floor of the House with private access to the lovely garden where you will be able to spend unforgettable relaxing moments. This apartment is equipped with a private loggia where you can enjoy your dinners with the tasty food products of Tuscany. BBQ and Air Conditioning are also at guests disposal.

The apartment is made of a large living room with lovely fireplace and comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. On the same floor there are also 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and two private bathrooms with shower. Shades of pale blue decorating walls, upholstery and all accessories will ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment. The Apartment is fully air conditioning, it has mosquito screen, internet free wireless access, and Tv Satellite.

LOCATION: There are many outdoor activities for children and adults that can take place at Villa La Capannina: you can choose to relax by the private pool, or make excursions in the Chianti following the trekking paths in the neighbourhoods; you can organize bike tours or hot air balloons flights. This is also the ideal starting base for your day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and all the historical towns of Tuscany. Wine and olive oil tasting is also available, together with all the other products typical of the Chianti area.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 75% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
