Located in the gorgeous territory of the Toscana region this cute villa offers a exclusive panorama over the charming landscape of Montalcino and Val D'orcia and allows to enjoy all the natural resources and also the historical and gastronomical features of this wonderful locality in Tuscany.

The hills where the rental is situated are home to the vines that produce the famous wine “Brunello di Montalcino”. The house dates back to the 17th century and it was transformed into a characteristic country home with large outdoor areas, well looked after and with numerous flowers and aromatic plants.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: Villa degli Olivi offers a wonderful pool to spend moments of leisure with friends, a big garden for the open air days that makes fantastic your stay in the warm seasons. The property is surrounded by 3 hectares of olive groves.

Available to guests: Garden and private swimming pool (5 m x 11 m – minimum depth 1.2m – maximum depth 1.5m – open from 01/06 to 30/09). Parking available on the property.

ACCOMODATION: the villa is 180 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It extends on three levels:

ground floor: entrance into living area with fireplace, double bedroom (with the possibility to add an extra bed) and a private bathroom with shower.

Lower floor (also directly accessible from outside): living room, large dining area with kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, freezer), storeroom containing washing machine and dryer.

First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, twin bedroom (with the possibility to add an extra bed) with private bathroom with bathtub.

LOCATION: The famous town of Montalcino with a wide range of shops in only 2 km away, Bagno Vignoni 18 km, Pienza 21 km, Montepulciano 35 km, Siena 41 km, Florence 105 km and Rome 200 km. With the convenient location of the villa, it is easy to reach the Abbey of Sant’Antimo and the historical centre of Montalcino while remaining immersed in the magnificent landscape and in absolute retreat from everyday life.

The nearest airport is Florence airport, under two hours. Pisa and Rome airports are equidistant, about 3 hours away.

Central Florence is a little more than 100 km and Rome less than 200. It is close to many very important sites of art, history andarchaeology. Siena, Pienza, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Orvieto, Viterbo and a myriad of other fascinating sites and places are all with in easy reach for half day or day trips.
