The large loggia allows you to have your breakfast and dinners outside in front of the views admiring breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. A stone paved courtyard introduce you to the impressive infinity pool in an original shape following the line of the hill.

Villa Etrusca has been perfectly restored preserving all its original characteristics to maintain untouched its unique charm. The interiors are bright and full of light thanks to the modern contemporary furnishing inspired to the Etruscan times. A former hay barn now offers a superbly appointed garden room perfect for your dinners or just to relax and read a book.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: Outside the villa the large loggia, perfectly equipped with elegant wrought iron garden furniture, allows you to relax in the shadow and enjoy the quiet surrounding. For your al fresco dinner the villa offers also a large pizza oven and a portable barbecue.

The carefully manicured gardens adorn the villa and the paved pool area is furnished with wrought iron sunbeds and deckchairs, shady sun umbrellas complete the picture. The extraordinary infinity pool has an original irregular shape (7 m x 21 m and shallow end 1.2m - deep end 2.5m). It also has the Jacuzzi hydromassage area deep about 90 cm.

All the outside space with the loggia, the garden and the pool area is perfectly lighted to make you enjoy at the utmost the warm summer nights.

ACCOMODATION: Villa Etrusca is 350 square meters and sleeps 22 persons in 11 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

On the ground floor you enter the large open living room with fireplace, sofas, TV and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a 6 burner cooktop, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker and toaster. On the same level there are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower, 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be put together) with ensuite bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom.

Two separate external staircases access the first floor. On one side there are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower and a small service bathroom. On the other side there are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower, 1 twin bedroom (beds can be put together) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Two separate living areas on each side guarantee maximum privacy even for a large group.

The Cottage hosts a large room heated and air conditioned, furnished with tables and chairs and fireplace. It also offers a service bathroom.

The Villa has wi-fi internet connexion, air conditioning and heating system throughout. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer.

LOCATION: Montaione is just 6 km away from the property and it offers all the amenities included restaurants, bars, wine bars, supermarket, bank, post office, chemistry and all kind of shops.

Within easy reach by car, 25 minutes drive, you find the golf course of Castelfalfi, tennis court, horse riding.

Villa Etrusca is within easy reach of the most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airports is in Florence or Pisa both about 60 km away. San Gimignano and Volterra are 20 km, Siena and Lucca are about 60 km from the property.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
