From sunny ochre to deep red, sage green and blue marine, from old stone to warm terracotta, the seasons colors will accompany you throughout the villa.

The restoration carefully preserved all the original characteristics, the terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings and brickwork arches and fireplaces. The simplicity of the luxurious furnishing and refining makes the villa elegantly comfortable and warmly welcoming.

From its privileged hilltop position, Villa Le Stagioni, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside with its hills and green fields.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The villa enjoys a large garden area of about 2500 square meters partially paved and the rest is a perfect velvet lawn bordered by cypress trees.

The portico extending on two sides of the pool, offers extraordinary views and it is the perfect setting for your al fresco dinners or larger receptions and events. The loggia is equipped with wrought iron garden furniture. A large covered barbecue area is also available at the property.

Sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas are available on the pool area. The infinity pool is 8m x 15m and it has a shallow end. It is deep from 1.2m to 2.5m and it has a Jacuzzi bath on one side deep 90cm. All the outside spaces are perfectly lighted at night. The villa offers also a private parking area.

ACCOMODATION: The property (500 sqm), spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 29 people for a total of 17 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Internally, the villa is divided into 5 apartments (one of which is very large), in order to provide maximum comfort and privacy to a large group of guests.

Main Suite (12 people): the ground floor consists of: a large dining area (able to accommodate a total of 29 guests), a living area with fireplace and satellite TV, a kitchen (with 6-burner hob, electric oven, microwave, freezer, American coffee maker, toaster). The sleeping area includes: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

Suite 1 (5 people): it is located on the first floor, offers a beautiful view of the countryside and is accessed via an independent staircase. It is composed of: living room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.

Suite 2 (6 people): it is also located on the first floor, offers a nice view of the pool and is accessed via an independent staircase. It consists of: living room, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub.

Suite 3 (3 people): it is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from the inside with independent access. It consists of: living/dining room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Suite 4 (3 people): it is also located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from the inside with independent access. Inside you will find: a living/dining room, a kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

LOCATION: Montaione is just 7 km away from the property and it offers all the amenities included restaurants, bars, wine bars, supermarket, bank, post office, chemistry and all kind of shops.

Within easy reach by car, 25 minutes drive, you find the golf course of Castelfalfi, tennis court, horse riding.

Villa sul Colle is within easy reach of the most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airports is in Florence or Pisa both about 60 km away. San Gimignano and Volterra are 20 km, Siena and Lucca are about 60 km from the property.
