ACCOMODATION: The villa is 250 square meters and can accommodate up to 11 persons in 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. It extends on three levels:

Ground floor: large living-room with dining area, parlour with ancient fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwaves), double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the same level a complete bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people.

First floor: 2 twin-bedded rooms (that can be turned into double bedrooms) both with fireplace and ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with fireplace and ensuite bathroom with shower. In all of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor it is possible to add an extra bed.

Second floor (accessible via a spiral staircase): relax area in the house tower offering beautiful views over the surrounding landscape.

This villa is provided with air-conditioning, satellite TV, hair-dryer, internet connection (Wi-Fi), safe, telephone and wired hi-fi. Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge.

LOCATION: The villages of Montelopio and Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km away, an excellent restaurant offering nice recipes of the Tuscan tradition is approx. 800 m away.

Volterra 25 km, Pontedera (with nice shopping facilities) 23 km away, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Livorno (seaside) 50 km away, Florence (airport) and Lucca approx. 65 km away, Siena approx. 70 km.
