ACCOMODATION: Villa San Bastiano is 220 square meters and can accommodate 10+2 persons in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It extends on 2 levels:

Ground floor: you enter the villa on the ground floor directly in the living room leading to the dining room and to the fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room is attached to the kitchen. On the other side of the entrance you access the first 2 double bedrooms each one with its own ensuite bathroom with shower.

First floor: an internal staircase leads to the first floor where you can find the other three double bedrooms each one with ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms is connected to a smaller bedrooms with two single beds.

The bedrooms at Villa San Sebastiano are designed to offer maximum relaxation, with all the comforts and in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment. • If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
