Recently restored to the highest standards, the villa has an elegant style reflecting the personal taste of the owners who took care to preserve the original characteristics of the building such as wooden beamed ceilings, brickwork arches and terracotta floors in keeping with the architectural tradition of the Chianti area but with a special thoughtful consideration for all the modern comforts included the panoramic pool with Jacuzzi, the Wellness Center, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and internet connexion.

The Tuscan luxury villa is set in the open countryside just a few kilometres from the town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and 20 minutes from Florence. It is the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday enjoying the splendid swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the delightful Wellness Center, but close enough to the city of Florence to allow you to spend your day over a tour of the museums or a walk through the roads of the shopping where the most famous brands await for you in the numerous shops of the town.

A restaurant room is also available in a separate building if the guests would like to take advantage of the cook who can prepare delicious meals for them upon request.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: Villa Tavarnelle is situated in a green oasis surrounded by olive groves and vineyards extending over the famous Chianti hills. The views are just enchanting all year round and the air is filled with the fragrances of the flowers and the trees. The perfectly manicured lawns are dotted with colourful flowers and plants. Stone pathways cross this green velvet to reach the various parts of the park and the pool, which is set in a secluded area of the garden to the rear of the property. This impressive pool is completely covered with small white tiles, and some steps lead to a round Jacuzzi placed in an elevated position.

Garden furniture of the highest standards is spread all over the grounds to create several corners to read and relax in peace or have a chat or dinner in the open air. The swimming pool is fully equipped with sun beds, sun lounges and sun umbrellas. Here you can enjoy all the silence and tranquillity of a world apart far away from the stress and the frenetic rhythms of the everyday life.

ACCOMODATION: The Tuscany villa is 480 square meters which extends over three floors.

Lower Floor: here you can find the wellness center and the spa, Calidarium. The center is composed of a heated hydromassage, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gymn, to showers and a Changning room. The center is at the exclusive disposition of our guests. On request, massages and beauty treatments are available.

Ground floor: A large, paved area gives onto a characteristic lounge in “cotto”, stone walls, beamed ceiling and archways high offers a really unique relax area thanks to the typical Tuscan fireplace. This floor also includes the main lounge with another fireplace, as well as the La Casetta Suite and main kitchen. This suite is made up of a delightful sitting room with fireplace and divan, kitchen and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are mosquito screens and A/C.

The main kitchen has everything necessary for 20 people, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is a spacious dining room with fireplace, and from here it is possible to go into the outside area which has everything necessary for dinners and lunches, in the open air.

First Floor: on this floor there are 7 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. First bedroom,”Il Fattore”, has A/C, safe, satellite TV, internet wireless and mosquito screens. Second bedroom,”Il Sensale”, third bedroom “Il Guardia”, fourth bedroom, ”Il Massaia”, all have the same facilities and the beds are 170x190 cms. The fifth bedroom ,”Il Garzone”, also has a large balcony. The sixth bedroom”Il Contadino”, has also a mezzanine. The seventh bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined in necessary, and a private, external bathroom with shower.

This first floor also has a large lounge room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas for your relax moments.

Poggiarello Cottage (124 M2): this is an independent apartment adjoining the villa. It was originally the barn and is made up of a lounge room with fireplace,divans and tv, a kitchen with stove, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, double bedroom; twin bedroom; bathroom with shower and bathtub and Satellite TV. The cottage has a large loggia and private garden with direct access to the swimming pool. The dependence is only rented together with the main villa and not separately.
