GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: You access the fully fenced property through the automatic gate and enter the carefully manicured garden with velvet lawns and olive trees. The stone paved courtyard is completed by garden furniture and offers a panoramic area organized with table and chairs for your al fresco dinners.

The pool area is perfectly equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas and the pool (8 x 5m. Depth 90cm – 1m approx.) has an original central Jacuzzi hydromassage.

The extensive grounds of the villa are well lighted for you to enjoy your evenings in the open air.

ACCOMODATION: Villa Tranquilla is 90 square meters completely on the ground floor and it sleeps 6 persons in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

You enter the villa on the ground floor where you will be welcomed by a spacious living room with sofas and fireplace, dining area with large dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker and toaster. French doors give brightness to the room and allow direct access to the garden.

On the same floor you will find the master double bedroom with French doors opening onto the garden and a not working fireplace. The hallway leads to the private bathroom with shower. Another hallway leads to the other 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be put together). Both bedrooms have large glass doors to the garden and bathroom with shower.

The Villa provides wi-fi internet connexion, air conditioning and heating system throughout. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer and a washing machine is available at the property.

LOCATION: Montaione is just 5 km away from the property and it offers all the amenities included restaurants, bars, wine bars, supermarket, bank, post office, chemistry and all kind of shops.

Within easy reach by car, 25 minutes drive, you find the golf course of Castelfalfi, tennis court, horse riding.

Villa Tranquilla is within easy reach of the most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airports is in Florence or Pisa both about 60 km away. San Gimignano and Volterra are 20 km, Siena and Lucca are about 60 km from the property.

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
