This is the territory of Montaione which lies on the triangle of the provinces of Pisa, Florence and Siena, ideal starting point to visit S. Gimignano, Volterra and the most beautiful Tuscan artistic cities which can easily be reached by car.

The villa was the former school of the hamlet till the ’70s. It has been completely restored and stylishly furnished with 1900 furniture. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and can accommodate up to 8 people. The layout of the villa allows each guest to have utmost privacy.

The refreshing pool for the exclusive use of the clients at Villa Valentina offers enchanting views of the countryside, also enjoyable from the most part of the windows of the villa.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: In the garden is located the swimming pool (6 x 9 meters, 1.20 meter deeph) with Roman steps and children’s area (0.6 meter deeph), a pretty wrought iron gazebo with stunning views towards Volterra, the Val d’Era, gently rolling hills and the opposite hillcock which is one of the three Tuscan islands which surfaced during the Carboniferous period, complete this corner of paradise.

The outside is furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs, sun beds, BBQ, wood burning oven.

ACCOMODATION: The villa is 205 square meters and can accommodate 8 persons in 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Completely on the ground floor the villa has three entrance doors with direct access to the garden.

It has a fully equipped large eat-in kitchen with access to a storage room with a second fridge. From the kitchen you enter a spacious living area with dining area separated by a archway from the sitting room with fireplace.

Montaione is just 10 km away from the property and it offers all the amenities included restaurants, bars, wine bars, supermarket, bank, post office, chemistry and all kind of shops.

Within easy reach by car, 10-15 minutes drive, you find the golf course of Castelfalfi, tennis court, horse riding (rates available locally).

Villa Valentina is within easy reach of the most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airports is in Florence or Pisa both about 60 km away. San Gimignano and Volterra are 20 km, Siena and Lucca are about 60 km from the property.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
