Villino Giovanna has been recently rennovated from an ancient barn nestling deep in the Tuscan countryside. The villa interiors are tastefully furnished and offer 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a nice living room with large glass windows looking over the garden, the pool and the surrounding landscape.

The small town of Corazzano with bar, restaurant, chemistry and bank is about 1,5 km away. The villa location is in easy reach from the most important attractions of the surrounding area such as Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, the Chianti region and the Tuscan coastline.

With the assistance of the property owners it is possible to arrange many activities in the surrounding area such as horseback riding, cheese tasting in a nearby renowned cheese factory, tasting of chocolate of a famous Italian producer "Amedei", nice walks in the surrounding woods searching for truffles (during the period spring - autumn). We suggest you to arrange for these activities prior your arrival.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The guests can enjoy use of a well-groomed garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m; depth: 1.25 m) fully equipped with sunumbrellas and deck.

Connected to the kitchen, the villa offers a nice living room with large glass windows looking over the garden, the pool and the surrounding landscape. Barbecue and parking within the grounds available.

ACCOMODATION: the villa is 150 square meters and can accommodate 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It extends on two levels:

Ground floor: living-room with satellite TV. Four steps lower you will find the dining area with kitchen corner (freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hotplates), one double bedroom (can be put together on request) and a bathroom with shower (without bidet).

First floor: one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (without bidet).

Free WI-FI internet connection and air conditioning is provided in the whole house.

LOCATION: The small village of Corazzano, with bar, restaurant, chemistry and bank, is only 1,5 km away. San Miniato with a wide variety of shops is 8 km, Empoli 20 km, the Golf Club Castelfalfi 20 km away, San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 40 km, Florence, Pisa and Lucca are about 50 km away, Siena 70 km away.
